Hello, I wish you all a good advent season, with more ore less quiet or action, as you yourself like it best, that the star of christmas lights your way and such a nice angel watches over you as the one I got from Moni yesterday.
Manchmal steht man ja schon sehr auf der Leitung, oder? Schon immer hab ich das Problem, dass mein Kopf zu dick ist ... bei Hutgröße 61 und dann noch dicken Locken drauf kriegt man einfach keine passenden Kopfbedeckungen zu kaufen, und gestrickte Mützen mag ich nicht. Und erst jetzt, nach vielen Jahren, bin ich mal auf die Idee gekommen, wenn ich sonst alles mögliche nähe, müsste ich mir doch auch eine Mütze nähen können ... im Netz gibts auch tolle Anleitungen, diese hier ist gestern Abend entstanden. Steht mir noch nicht ideal, aber schon mal was für die Hunderunde, was die Haare nur mäßig plattdrückt und mir keine Kopfschmerzen verursacht. Und ich werd sicher noch mehr ausprobieren. 
Heute haben wir den ersten Schnee-Ausritt gemacht, war das schön!
Mit Plätzchenbacken und Wohnung schmücken bin ich allerdings noch schmählich hinterher. Ich bin aber mal gesapnnt auf die Adventszeit, denn ich habe schon einige Adventskalender im Netz angekündigt gefunden und rechts gesammelt, wenn ihr noch mehr wisst, immer her damit! Vielleicht findet ihr dann auch raus, was es mit meinen Heimlichkeiten auf sich hat ...
Sometimes one doesn't see the most simple solutions ... I always had the problem that I couldn't buy any hats because my head is so big (61cm circumference) ... and only now, after so many years, I thought of sewing them myself. There are many great patterns in the web. This is my first try, it's nothing special, but at least my hair gets flattend only a little and I don't get a headache from wearing it. I will sure try some more this winter!Today we had our first ride in the snow, it was great! But I haven't yet had time for christmas decoration or cookie-making. I'm looking forward to the next weeks because I found some great advent calendars announced in the web, I collected them on the right. Do you know more? Would you share them with me? If you follow the advent calendars, you might also find out what my mysterious hints are about.
Gehts euch auch so in dieser Vorweihnachtszeit, ihr näht und näht und könnt nix zeigen? Na, da zeig ich euch halt nochmal ein kleines Eckchen, es gehört mit dem zusammen, was ich neulich schon gezeigt habe ... ich hoffe ja, es gefällt euch dann auch, wenn ihr es ganz seht, denn wenn ihr wollt, könnt ihr es dann auch verwenden. Is it the same with you in this weeks before christmas, you sew and sew and can show nothing? Well, I'll show you a small corner, it goes together with the small corner I showed the other day ... I hope you'll like it when you see it altogether. It's something you all can use, too, if you want.

Diese Woche hatte ich keine Zeit zum bloggen. Was hab ich gemacht? Einen Teil zeig ich euch morgen, ansonsten hab ich mir einiges angeschaut. Letzten Sonntag war ich bei einer kleinen Kunsthandwerkerausstellung hier in der Nähe.

No time for blogging this week. What did I do? Some of it I'll show tomorrow. And then I had a lot to look at. Last sunday I visited a small arts and crafts-show in the neighbourhood - "kiss me, I am a echanted frog"Gestern war ich mit Heidi auf der Kreativ-Messe in Stuttgart, die nicht sooo groß ist (und daher auch nicht so anstrengend und geldaufwendig *gg*), aber sehr nett, und ich bin jetzt endlich gut ausgestattet fürs Nikolausstiefelwichteln und alle anderen weihnachtlichen Aktionen. 
Wir haben nette Leute getroffen und Hertha aus dem PW-Forum an ihrem PW-Schablonen-Stand getroffen (besonders toll finde ich ihre Schablonen für die Falttechnik, über die man drüberbügeln kann).
Wir haben das Nassfilzen ausprobiert.
Eine kleine Pause im Strickcafe, in dem man eine Viertelstunde für einen guten Zweck stricken konnte. 
Dieses aus Papier gefaltete Pferd fand ich natürlich absolut unwiderstehlich! Yesterday I went with Heidi to visit the creativity fair in Stuttgart, it's not so very big (which means it's also not so straining and expensive *lol*), but very nice. Now I'm very well prepared for the Santa's stocking-swap and all other christmas swaps. We visited Hertha from the PW-Forum and her shop.We tried wet-felting.We paused at a cafe where one could knit for 15 minutes for a good cause. And I was absolutely charmed by the horse which was folded from paper!Einige Siggies sind diese Woche auch wieder angekommen, ganz lieben Dank! Also, I got some siggies this week, thanks a lot.
Heidi hat ja schon von der tollen Lesung von Michael Kobr und Volker Klüpfel erzählt, bei der wir am Mittwoch waren, da kann ich eigentlich nichts hinzufügen, es war toll! Wir haben so gelacht. Heidi already wrote how nice it was on wednesday when we heard Michael Kobr andVolker Klüpfel read from their book. We laughed so much!
Also, das hat mir wieder mal Lust zum Lesen gemacht (als ob ich das nötig hätte, ohne Buch gibts mich eigentlich gar nicht), und genauso der AMC-Swap "Geliebte Bücher" im Forum. Ich bekam tolle Karten, von Manu: Heinrich Böll, Irisches Tagebuch

I really love books and can't be without them. Und in diesem Zusammenhang muss ich noch mit hochrotem Kopf eine Uraltschuld gestehen, Claudia bekommt nämlich immer noch (hoffentlich morgen) die Karte zu den 13 1/2 Leben des Käptn Blaubär, die sie sich vor Urzeiten als Gewinn gewünscht hat ... vielen Dank für deine Geduld, Claudia.
